Marja-Liisa Olthuis acted as Project Manager. She needed to be responsible for the following tasks:
Developing CASLE’s educational contents
Creating a management organisation for CASLE
Dispensing the project tasks
Creating a project plan team
Creating a study materials team
Searching for the instructors and planning the courses to be taught
Selecting the students
Finding funding and elaborating the final budget
Annika Pasanen
Annika Pasanen worked part-time (50%) in CASLE, taking care of planning and coordinating the practical training at people’s workplaces as well as the practical parts of the Master-Apprentice programme.
Irmeli Moilanen
Irmeli Moilanen worked as Project Planner. Her main tasks were to prepare the field questionnaires, recruit students for the programme and investigate the main funding sources for the students. Irmeli was a specialist in administration and educational planning. She arranged the time tables, specified the main budget and several sub-budgets, arranged student funding, planned the cultural courses and took care of the practical arrangements like logistics during the project. The first idea of CASLE was cast by her!
